The Importance of Mental Health in Students

School and academics can be demanding which can put a lot of pressure on young students. At Game Time, we understand the importance of not only physical training but also mental health and emotional well-being. That’s why we offer resources and support to help young students and student athletes build their mental resilience and improve their overall well-being.

We believe that taking care of your mental health is just as important as physical health and that it can greatly impact your performance in the classroom. By addressing mental health issues such as anxiety, stress, and depression, young students can improve their focus, motivation, and overall performance.

How We Can Help Young Students & Student Athletes With Their Mental Health

At Game Time, we offer a range of services to students with their mental health, including:

  • Group therapy sessions to help students connect with others who may be experiencing similar issues
  • Mental training and performance psychology sessions to help students build resilience and improve their focus, motivation, and overall performance
  • Resources and tools for parents and coaches to help support young students’ mental health
